1. Who we are
Assort Vancouver, 110-1228 Homer Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 2Y5, is run by Assort Hair Ltd., a British Columbia company (incorporation number BC1584087) (“we”, “us”).
These terms apply when you use ca.assort-hair.com or sign up for our opening news. Our salons in other countries are run by other Assort companies, each with its own terms.

2. Before we open
Assort Vancouver is not open yet, and we do not take bookings yet. Before we take the first booking, this page will add the terms for booking, cancelling and paying at the salon.
3. Our opening news
If you sign up, we email you news about our opening. You can unsubscribe at any time, using the link in any of our emails or by writing to us.
4. Using our website
Please do not misuse our website or give us false details.
5. Our content
The text, photos, videos, designs and logos on our website belong to the Assort group or to the people who made them. You may view and share our pages for your own, non-commercial use. Please ask us before using them for anything else.
6. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage caused by our negligence or by our breaking these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under British Columbia’s Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act or any other law that protects you as a consumer.

8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and will do so before we open.
9. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any claim about them is brought in the courts or tribunals of British Columbia, including the Civil Resolution Tribunal.
